How is mild cardiomegaly related to cardiac malignancy?

Answer:

There is no direct relationship between cardiomegaly, i.e., enlargement of the heart, and a malignancy in the heart, other than, among the many causes of enlargement of the heart, a malignant growth within the heart would sometimes cause the heart to be enlarged. Thank you.
