What foods are good for improving low ejection fraction? Please give full information about what type of food should I eat to increase low EF.

There is no specific food we can suggest that will increase low EF, though avoidance of salt in general should be the foundation of one's dietary efforts in this regard, as well as avoiding excessive fluid intake.
