PubMed Link for TMC Users
The PubMed link from the Houston Academy of Medicine-Texas Medical Center (HAM-TMC) Library's main webpage now requires you to log in with your username and password. The blue "FIND IT!" button allows you to connect from abstracts to full-text journal articles available in the library's electronic journal collection. Users who do not have usernames and passwords issued by the HAM-TMC Library may access PubMed by clicking on Databases on the HAM-TMC Library's main webpage, then searching for Medline (PubMed). This access method will allow you to search Medline; however, access to full-text journal articles may require you to pay a fee (see cancellation announcement below).
HAM-TMC Library Cancellation Announcement
Because of yearly price increases for subscriptions, and cuts in the Library's funding, the HAM-TMC Library has cancelled many of its journal and database subscriptions. For more information, see the cancellation announcement. See a complete list of the cancelled journals and databases.

In addition, L&LRC staff can now share search results with you by using a single link to a customized reference set. Your personalized collection of citations will be accessible within the PubMed interface. Learn more...
